These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SpinStream, including the SpinStream website, creator tools, proof-record system, registry or verification pages, upload tools, digital artifacts, paid products, and related services.

SpinStream is operated by Laudani LLC.

By using SpinStream, submitting information, uploading materials, creating a record, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SpinStream Is

SpinStream is a creator proof-record and digital artifact system. It may allow users to create timestamped, referenceable records around songs, recordings, demos, beats, artwork, videos, written materials, releases, or other creative works.

SpinStream may provide digital artifact creation, timestamped proof records, registry or verification pages, public or private artifact links, file hash or artifact hash references, optional blockchain-sealed records, downloadable receipts or proof packets, and creator-facing presentation pages.

SpinStream is not copyright registration. SpinStream does not register your work with the U.S. Copyright Office or any other government office. SpinStream does not provide legal advice. SpinStream does not determine ownership of creative works.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SpinStream on behalf of a company, band, label, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. SpinStream is not intended for children under 13.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, uploaded files and media, having rights and permissions, keeping backups, reviewing proof records, complying with law, and not creating false, misleading, fraudulent, backdated, impersonating, or infringing records.

SpinStream may rely on the information you provide. We do not independently verify authorship, ownership, rights status, release status, or legal claims.

4. Uploaded Materials and Rights

You retain ownership of creative materials you own. By uploading or submitting materials to SpinStream, you grant SpinStream a limited license to host, process, copy, display, generate, store, preserve, transmit, publish, verify, and otherwise use those materials as needed to provide the service, create artifacts, generate proof records, operate registry or verification pages, process purchases, and support related functions.

5. Public Records, Registry, and Blockchain References

SpinStream may generate public or referenceable records. Public records may be discoverable. Blockchain references may be permanent. SpinStream may not be able to remove or alter blockchain data.

6. No Legal Advice; No Copyright Registration

SpinStream does not provide legal advice.

SpinStream does not register copyrights, determine ownership, guarantee admissibility of evidence, guarantee legal outcomes, guarantee chain-of-title, or guarantee that a record will prove authorship, originality, infringement, priority, damages, or ownership in any dispute.

7. Payments

SpinStream may offer free and paid products. Prices, features, and availability may change. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected product or service. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors.

Some services, including generated records, deployed artifacts, custom work, downloadable proof packets, or blockchain-submitted transactions, may become non-refundable once processing, generation, deployment, or submission has begun or completed.

9. Service Availability

SpinStream may change, suspend, limit, discontinue, or update any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent hosting, permanent public availability, or error-free service. Keep your own copies of important files, records, receipts, licenses, permissions, and proof materials.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SpinStream to upload infringing material, impersonate others, create false or misleading proof records, submit stolen work, backdate or falsify details, upload malware, harass others, upload illegal content, violate privacy or publicity rights, circumvent security, attack the service, or use SpinStream for fraud or deceptive conduct.

12. Disclaimers

SpinStream is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SpinStream disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, legal sufficiency, evidentiary value, and uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SpinStream and Laudani LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. SpinStream’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SpinStream for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpinStream, Laudani LLC, and related parties from claims arising from your use of SpinStream, uploaded materials, submitted information, violation of these Terms, violation of rights, or false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized records.

15. Termination or Restriction

SpinStream may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to the service or specific records if we believe there is misuse, fraud, infringement, legal risk, policy violation, security risk, or operational need.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SpinStream after an update means the revised Terms apply going forward.
